REFUND POLICY

Thank you for shopping with us at PROSEED The following policies apply to all products available on, www.proseednaturals.com, barring no products irrespective of pricing and/or grammage. All Refunds, Cancellations, and Redressals are subject to verification by Proseed Naturals Pvt. Ltd. – it’s employees and its management team, after which customary action would be taken by the team.

Returns & Redressals

As per company policy, we do not accept returns of our products under any conditions. We do, however, process Replacements or Redressals post acknowledgment and verification of customer complaints, by our team.

A Redressal can be issued on the grounds of the customer having received the products in either of the below-mentioned conditions

  1. Air leaked packets
  2. Soggy products
  3. Products damaged in transit
  4. Other complaints in relation to faulty or damaged products

Details mandatory for a Redressal are:
1. Product Image
2. Order ID/ Number
3. Batch Details of the Product ordered
4. Your coordinates & contact details

Refunds & Cancellations

Please reach out to us at our Customer Care number-+91-8976916393 (available on WhatsApp) – OR our write to us on care@proseednaturals.com in order to issue Refunds or Cancellations.

All orders are dispatched before 12 pm on a daily basis. Hence, all refunds and cancellations must be issued with the team prior to 12 pm. You may check with our team regarding the status of your order.

Once the process of your Refund has been initiated, the amount shall be credited via the used payment gateway method, within 7-10 business days.
